Once the 1923 Arizona Ice and Cold Storage Company Building, now the iconic Ice House Lofts. Designed and completed in 2005 by award winning Architect Rob Paulus. This project is an excellent example of adaptive reuse and revitalization of an important part of Tucson's history. Materials salvaged from the original building have been repurposed to create courtyard & pool fencing, while new exterior architectural features, such as balconies and shading devices, are intentionally designed to contrast the historic with the contemporary.
